Reconciliation/Refund of failed transactions during online filling of UPSEE 2012


While making the payment through debit/ credit card if the payment is deducted and the confirmation page is not generated (for what so ever reason) then, the candidate MUST send a request containing the system generated Registration number, Name, Transaction number, Mode of transaction (debit/credit), type of card used (Visa/Master) and the date and time of transaction to helpdesk.upsee@nic.in . Your request will be verified and if found correct then you will be allowed to print the Confirmation page. Processing time will be approximately 48 hrs.
 
Note: There is no provision of refund of an application fee once the confirmation page is successfully generated.
